These terms are between you and One Click Growth LLC ("we"). By using the Konote app or this website you agree to them. The app is also licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless we provide our own license on the App Store. [standard or custom EULA]

2. Trial and purchase

You can start a free 7-day trial in the app. After the trial, a one-time purchase is needed to keep transcribing, summarizing and searching; without it, recordings you made stay on your device. Purchases, payment and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Responsibility for recording

Whether you may record other people depends on the laws where you and they are. You agree to obtain any consent required before recording and are responsible for following those laws.

4. Your content

Your recordings, transcripts, summaries and other content belong to you. We acquire no rights in them, and normal use of the app does not send them to us. If you send content to support, we receive what you choose to send.

5. Limits of transcription and summaries

Speech recognition and summaries can be wrong. A summary is a draft: check who is responsible for what, deadlines, numbers and anything medical, legal or financial against the original recording or transcript, and do not rely on the app's output alone for decisions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Konote for unlawful recording or surveillance, to infringe others' rights, or to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
